With the 2023 Impact Wrapped, we created a series of giving personas that highlight the tactics and strategies that make our merchant partner’s social impact initiatives unique.
For our “Spreads the Love” merchants, they know that there is plenty of wealth to share and they don’t shy away from donations to multiple nonprofit organizations. These merchants know that just as their customers are unique, so are their charitable preferences! They take pride in supporting causes that matter to both themselves and their customers.
Enabling their customers to select the cause that is supported by their purchase gives these merchants the opportunity to support a wide variety of nonprofit organizations while empowering their customers to feel more connected to the purchase.
